Sliders. Who doesn’t love ’em? The slider presented above is the free version of the Meta Slider plugin, which can be downloaded and installed through the WordPress plugin repository. Touch comes with custom styling for Meta Slider’s Flex Slider option; simply install the plugin and the custom styling you see above will be applied automatically.
If you so choose, you can also use another slider plugin of choice. Meta Slider is simply a recommendation, but it’s completely up to your own preferences.
Slider shortcodes can be placed into post and page content, but also above the post title as seen above.
As with anything else that’s an extra in this theme, using sliders too is completely optional. Not a fan? Simply don’t install the recommended plugin.
